An intriguing tropical-industrial inspired restaurant named after Hawaii’s icon, Don Ho aims to bring people together through music and create a charismatic, feel-good atmosphere. The kitchen is managed by Singapore star chef, Shiman Woon, whose forward-thinking menu is designed with Australian flare.
